More than 80% of all local electric co-ops offer electricity generated from renewable sources.

A renewable energy site or building is served by an electric cooperative that has a renewable energy source(s) as part of their mix.  Sources may include one or more of the following:  solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, hydroelectric.
