Additional comments about this Site: Park is located northeast of Rocky Mount just off US 301 by-pass, adjacent to Rocky Mount's newest industrial corridor, and near NC Wesleyan College. Soil boring available upon request. Sites are cleared and ready for construction. A Phase 1 Environmental Study has been completed on this site.
