Additional comments about this Site: Located 5 miles east of Rocky Mount, NC and 6 miles west of Tarboro, NC. 105 feet average elevation of building area. A portion of the acreage is zoned AR-30 and is in the TCO. Other areas are zoned commercial, industrial and agricultural. The potential for rezoning is very favorable. A Phase 1 Environmental Study has been completed on this site.
