Additional comments about this Site: Located 5 miles east of Rocky Mount, NC and 6 miles west of Tarboro, NC. Generally flat land, 105 feet average elevation of building area. A portion of the area is zoned M-2(Heavy Industrial). Other areas zoned commercial and agricultural. The potential for rezoning is very favorable. A Phase 1 Environmental Study has been completed on this site.
