Southern Illinois Electric Cooperative (SIEC) is the electric distribution cooperative serving homes and businesses in southernmost Illinois. Our 11,000 plus meters serving our member-owners are located in Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski and Union Counties. SIEC is a not-for-profit cooperative, which is part of the largest network of electric utilities in the nation. SIEC is member-owned, locally controlled and prides itself on quality service at competitive rates.
